MP Medical Counselling: The Department of Public Health and Medical Education of Madhya Pradesh has started the registration for the second round of NEET PG Counselling 2025. Candidates can apply on the official website dme.mponline.gov.in. Students who have already registered do not need to register again.
Before Round 2 of NEET PG counselling in MP, 20 new seats have been added to three government medical colleges in the state. These include six seats at Government Medical College, Shivpuri, two seats at MGM Medical College, Indore, and 12 seats at NSCB Medical College, Jabalpur.
When will the revised merit list be released?
The revised merit list is expected to be released on December 18, 2025. After this, candidates will fill in their preferred colleges and courses between December 20 and 22. Some rules have also been changed this time. Therefore, remember to lock your choices using the OTP; otherwise, the previously locked options will remain valid.
How will colleges be allotted?
The seats for the second round of NEET PG will be allotted only after students fill in their preferences. The results are expected to be declared on December 24. After this, candidates should report to the allotted medical college and get their documents verified before 6 PM on December 29, 2025.

Registration will be open from December 15 to 17, 2025. The edit window will be open from December 16 to 17, 2025. The revised merit list will be released on December 18, 2025. The final vacancies will also be released by December 19, 2025. After this, candidates can fill in their preferences and lock them between December 20 and 22. After this process, the result of the allotted seat will be released on December 24, and candidates can complete the admission process by reporting between December 25 and 29, 2025.
