MP Board Exam News- MPBSE made changes in the 10th and 12th examinations, now the exams will be like this.

If you are a student appearing in the 10th and 12th examinations of Madhya Pradesh, then there is important information for you. Because Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education (MPBSE) is going to make a big change in the structure of the 10th and 12th board examinations. The state has decided to abolish the supplementary examination and instead provide a second chance for the students who fail. In line with the National Education Policy, this new system aims to provide a fairer and more flexible approach to students to complete their examinations.
There will be no supplementary examination now:
The traditional supplementary examination, under which students were allowed to re-appear for failed subjects, will be replaced by a second-chance main examination. This change is in line with the model already implemented in Gujarat and Chhattisgarh.
Two main examinations:
There will now be two main examinations. The first will be conducted as usual, and the second will be for students who have failed in the first exam.
Preparation of results based on both exams:
The final result will be calculated by considering the best marks obtained by the students in both the first and second exams. This will allow students to improve their overall performance if needed.
Exam Timeline:
The board exams will begin on 24 February 2025. After the main exam results are declared, the second chance main exam will be held in July 2025. This second exam will replace the previously scheduled supplementary exam.
