The Meghalaya Board of School Education (MBOSE) has released the timetable for the Class 10 (SSLC) examination for the 2026-27 academic session. The board's theory examinations will commence on December 4, 2026, and conclude on December 16, 2026. The first paper, English, is scheduled for December 4, followed by the Science paper on December 7.

Except for vocational subjects, all examinations will be conducted from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Theory examinations for vocational subjects will be held from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM.

List of Indian Languages ​​and Vocational Subjects
The Indian languages ​​included in the examination are Garo, Khasi, Hindi, Bengali, Assamese, Nepali, Urdu, and Mizo. Vocational subjects include Beauty & Wellness, Tourism, Health Care, Electronics, Agriculture, ITES, Apparel, Plumbing, Food Processing, Telecom, Banking, and Automobile Repair. These vocational subjects will be taken in place of Computer Science or Health & Physical Education.

What is the entry time for the examination hall? Examination halls will open at 9:30 AM. Question papers will be distributed at 9:45 AM, and answer booklets at 9:50 AM. Students must begin writing at 10:00 AM. The theory examination for vocational subjects will be of one hour's duration, held from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. The examination schedule may be altered if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances or significant announcements by the State or Central Government.
