Library Science studies have started at the Central University of South Bihar, located in the Gaya district of Bihar. Online applications are being taken to enroll in this course. Students can apply for admission in this course till July 13. CUSB has started a 2-year Integrated B.Lib.I.Sc and M.Lib.I.Sc course from this session. This course will benefit the youth making a career in the field of librarianship.

Online application for admission in the academic year 2025-27 in the Integrated Library Science course has started. It will continue till July 13, 2025. Controller of Examinations Dr. Shantigopal Pain has issued a notice regarding the admission process in Integrated B.Lib.I.Sc and M.Lib.I.Sc courses. According to the notification, candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria can apply online till July 13, 2025, through the link https://forms.gle/aDMzQ4Vxv3imfhvC8.

The final list will be released on 21st July.
The written entrance exam and document verification will be held on 15th July 2025 at the university campus. The list of finally admitted students will be announced on 21st July 2025. The application fee is Rs 1,000 for General, EWS category students and Rs 750 for OBC, SC, ST, PWD. Candidates applying for admission to these courses should have a graduation degree from any recognized university in any subject with 55% marks for UR, OBC, EWS, and 50% marks for SC, ST, PWD candidates.
