**Failure to do so will result in seat cancellation**
Once the admission list is released, parents of selected students must complete the admission-related formalities within the stipulated timeframe. They will be required to submit certain documents as part of the admission process; failure to submit these documents on time may lead to the cancellation of the seat, which will then be allotted to a student on the waiting list.
**Required Documents**
Proof of Age and Residence
Birth Certificate
Passport-sized Photograph
EWS/BPL Certificate
Parent's Service Certificate for Priority Categories (if applicable)
Caste Certificate (for Reserved Categories)
Income Certificate (for RTE applicants)
**Second and Third Lists May Also Be Released**
If seats remain vacant after the first list, a second list for Class 1 admissions will be released on April 16, followed by a third list on April 21. The admission process will be conducted in a phased manner, beginning with students falling under the Right to Education (RTE) category, followed by the admission of students from the Service Priority Groups.
**Offline Registrations if Seats Remain Vacant**
If seats still remain vacant even after the release of the third list, offline registrations will be conducted to fill those vacancies. The offline registration process for admissions will commence on April 22 and continue until April 26, 2026. Admissions for Balvatika, Class 2, and higher grades will be conducted between April 15 and April 20, 2026. The final deadline for admissions (excluding Class 11) has been set for June 30, 2026.
