The Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) has completed the application process for the 2026-27 academic session. Students and parents are now awaiting the provisional merit list, which will contain the names of students selected for admission as well as those placed on the waiting list. The registration process for Balvatika-1, Balvatika-3, and Class 1 was conducted from March 20 to April 2, 2026. **When will the second and third lists be released?**
If seats remain vacant even after the release of the first list, a second list will be issued on April 16, and a third list on April 21, 2026. However, if a sufficient number of applications are not received through the online process, KVS will announce offline registration for students belonging to the RTE, SC, ST, and OBC (NCL) categories on April 21. These applications may be submitted between April 22 and April 26, and admissions will be conducted from April 27 to April 30.

**Will admissions also be conducted offline?**
For Balvatika-2 and classes from Class II onwards (excluding Class XI), offline admissions will be conducted from April 2 to April 8, subject to the availability of seats. The merit lists for these classes will be released on April 13, and admissions will be held from April 15 to April 20, 2026.

**When will admissions for Class 11 take place?**

The admission process for Class 11 will commence after the CBSE releases the results for the Class 10 Board examinations. For current students of Kendriya Vidyalaya, registration will begin within 10 days of the announcement of the results. Subsequently, the admission list will be displayed within 20 days of the results' release, thereby concluding the admission process.
