The pay scale for PGTs ranges from approximately Rs. 47,600 to Rs. 1,51,100 per month, meaning the pay scales are almost identical in both institutions. How much will salaries increase after the 8th Pay Commission?

Government employees have been awaiting the 8th Pay Commission for a long time. After the Commission's formation, they are now awaiting its report, which will be submitted within 18 months. The National Council Joint Consultative Machinery (NC JCM) has sent a new suggestion to the government, which includes a family of five members: husband, wife, two children, and parents.
