Jammu and Kashmir Board of Secondary Education (JKBOSE) has declared the result of 12th Board Examination 2025 today, 30th April. A total of 74.8 percent students have passed in Intermediate. The results have been released on the official website jkresults.nic.in. Students can check and download the scorecard by entering their roll number.

A total of 1,03,308 students appeared in the 12th board examination this year, out of which 77,311 passed and the result has been recorded at 74.8 percent. Girls have performed better than boys and recorded a result of 78%. At the same time, the result of boys was less than that of girls at 72 percent.

According to media reports, more than 90,000 students appeared in the Jammu and Kashmir Board 12th examinations this year. According to official figures, a total of 1,02,298 students had registered for the examination. Of these, 93,586 students are from the soft zone and 8,712 students were from the hard zone.

JKBOSE 12th Result 2025: When was the exam held?

This year the 12th board exam was conducted from 15 February to 17 March in the soft zone and from 20 February to 20 March in the hard zone. Every year about 2 lakh students appear in the inter exam. To pass 12th, the student has to get at least 33% marks in each subject. On the other hand, students who fail in one or two subjects will be given a chance to appear in compartment examination.

Students who are not satisfied with their marks obtained in 12th can apply for re-evaluation through the official website. The student should have obtained at least 20 percent marks in the subject for which he wants to apply.
