Jharkhand 10th-12th Model Paper: Jharkhand Academic Council (JAC), Ranchi has released the model question papers for class 10 and 12 board exams 2025. These model question papers are available in PDF format for all subjects. Students can download the matriculation and intermediate model papers 2025 by visiting the official website (jacexamportal.in). With the help of these model papers, students can understand the exam pattern and marking scheme in a better way.
Jharkhand Board Class 10 and 12 Exam Date 2025
Jharkhand Board Class 10 and 12 exams will begin on February 11 and end on March 3. JAC Matriculation (Class 10) exams will begin on February 11, 2025, and end on March 3, 2025. Class 10 exams will be held in the morning session from 9:45 am to 1:00 pm.
Similarly, the Intermediate (Class 12) exams are scheduled to begin on February 11, 2025. These exams will also end on March 3, 2025, and will be conducted from 2:00 pm to 5:20 pm.
8th and 9th datesheet released
Jharkhand Class 8th exam will begin on January 28, while the Class 9th exam will begin on January 29. Jharkhand Board Class 8th and 9th exams will be conducted in two different shifts from 9:45 am to 1 pm and the second shift from 2 pm to 5:15 pm. As per the exam pattern, each subject will have multiple choice questions (MCQs) of 50 marks and an internal assessment of 100 marks at the school level. The Department of School Education and Literacy in Jharkhand, Ranchi will use OMR sheets for Class 8th exams.

According to the Jharkhand Board Model Question Paper 2025, the exam for most subjects will be a total of 80 marks, while the exam for Home Science has been fixed for 70 marks. At the same time, the class 12 board exams will be mainly of 80 marks, but for some subjects like Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Computer Science, the exam will be of 70 marks.
According to the JAC Class 10 and 12 Model Paper 2025, the duration of each exam will be 3 hours. Students will need to score a minimum of 33% marks in each subject, including both theory and practical, to pass the exam.
