JEECUP Counselling 2026: The Joint Entrance Examination Council (Polytechnic), Uttar Pradesh (JEECUP), has commenced the Round-1 counselling process for polytechnic admissions starting June 25, 2026. Candidates can complete the choice-filling and locking process by visiting the official website. The deadline for filling and locking choices for the first round has been set for June 30, 2026.
Currently, this counselling is being conducted for admissions into engineering and various diploma courses. The counselling schedule for pharmacy programs will be released separately.
Seat Allotment Result to be Released on July 1
According to the official schedule, the seat allotment result for the first round will be declared on July 1, 2026. Candidates allotted a seat will be able to choose the 'Freeze' or 'Float' option. Subsequently, they will be required to undergo document verification at designated district help centers between July 2 and July 5, 2026.
The document verification process will continue until July 6, 2026. Meanwhile, candidates wishing to surrender the seat allotted in the first round will be able to apply for seat withdrawal on July 6.
