Joint Entrance Examination Council (Polytechnic), Uttar Pradesh has started the registration process for UP Polytechnic Counseling Round 1 from today, 27 June. Candidates successful in the Polytechnic entrance exam can register for counseling by visiting the official website jeecup.admissions.nic.in for admission. Candidates registering for Round 1 counseling can do choice filling and seat locking till July 2. During this period, students can lock their seats by selecting their preferred courses and institutes. The result of seat allocation for Round 1 will be declared on July 3.

Candidates participating in the counselling process will have to submit an entrance exam admit card, counselling allotment letter, 10th-12th mark sheet, character certificate, migration certificate (if applicable), reservation certificate, two recent passport size photographs, and residence certificate to the respective colleges for admission.

Click on the counselling round 1 registration link given on the home page.

Enter the details and register.

Upload all the required documents asked for.

Now cross check once and submit.

After completing the registration process for JEECUP 2025 counseling, candidates will have to fill their preferred courses and colleges as per their interest. After the candidates have finalized their choices, the examination authority will review the preferences and allot seats based on merit and availability. Counseling for admission will be conducted in a total of seven rounds. After the seat is allotted, students will have to pay a seat acceptance fee of Rs 3,000 to confirm their admission.
