JEECUP Counseling 2025: Register for JEECUP Counseling Round-1 from today, seat allocation result will come on July 3..

JEECUP Counselling 2025: Joint Entrance Examination Council (Polytechnic), Uttar Pradesh is going to start the registration process for the first round of counselling to be held for admission to the Polytechnic Diploma from today, June 27. Candidates who have qualified for the JEECUP exam 2025 will be able to register themselves for counseling from today on the official website i.e. jeecup.admissions.nic.in.

Seat allocation will start from July 3

After registering for Round 1 of JEECUP counselling, candidates have to complete the process of choice filling and locking by July 2, 2025. Under this process, candidates have to select and lock the colleges in which they want to take admission based on the descending order of their preferences. Seat allocation for this round will start from July 3, 2025.

Documents required for counselling

For JEECUP counselling, candidates will need the documents listed below.

GKP Admit Card
GKP Rank Card 2025
GKP Counselling Allotment Letter
Mark sheets and certificates of the qualifying exam
Character Certificate
Migration Certificate (if applicable)
Reservation Certificate (if applicable)
Two photographs
Domicile Certificate
Two sets of photocopies of the above-mentioned documents

What happens after counselling?

After successfully registering for counselling, candidates have to fill in their choices of courses and colleges based on their preferences. After the choices of the candidates are locked, the exam conducting authorities will allot seats to the candidates as per their choices and merit. There will be 7 rounds in which the seat allotment will be published.

Seat Acceptance Fee
The candidates who will be allotted seats during counselling will have to pay a seat acceptance fee of Rs 3000. Finally, the process of document verification is conducted offline by the authorities. Candidates have to appear at the designated institutes with hard copies of the uploaded documents for verification. If any candidate fails to report at the designated institute for document verification, his/her admission will be cancelled.
