JEE Mains City Intimation Link: NTA releases JEE Main exam city slip, download it here..

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has activated the exam city slip link for the Joint Entrance Examination (Main) 2026 Session 1 exam on jeemain.nta.nic.in. Candidates appearing for this exam can obtain information about their examination city through the city intimation slip and make their travel arrangements in advance.

Download City Slip Online
The exam city slip can be downloaded online from the website by entering your login details. Please note that the city slip is only for obtaining information about the examination city and cannot be used as an admit card.

Steps and Link to Download City Slip
To download the JEE Main city slip, first visit the website.
Click on "Advance City Intimation for JEE(Main)-2026 [Session-I] is LIVE!" in the latest news section.
On the new page, click on "View Examination City".
After selecting your Country, Center, and State of Residence, enter the given captcha code and click on the "Proceed" button.
The city slip will then open on the screen, from where you can download it.

Admit Cards will be released 4 days before the exam date.
The NTA will make the admit cards available for download 4 days before the exam date. Since the exam is scheduled to start on January 21st, the admit cards are likely to be released on January 17th or 18th. Candidates must download their admit card and carry it to the examination center. It is also mandatory to carry a valid identity proof along with the admit card. You will not be allowed entry into the examination hall without an identity card and an admit card.

Please note that the NTA will conduct the JEE Main Session 1 exam from January 21st to January 30th, 2026. The exam will be conducted in two shifts. The first shift will be from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, and the second shift will be from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
