Who can appear for JEE Main 2027?

Furthermore, qualifying for JEE Main is a prerequisite for appearing in JEE Advanced, which is conducted for admission into the IITs; candidates must rank among the top 2.5 lakh qualifiers in JEE Main to be eligible. Students currently studying in Class 12 or those who have already passed Class 12 are eligible to appear for JEE Main 2027, provided they have studied Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics in Class 12.
When will registration for JEE Main 2027 Session 1 begin? The NTA has not yet announced a date for the commencement of the JEE Main 2027 Session 1 registration process. However, it is expected that registration will begin towards the end of October, with candidates having until November 2026 to complete their applications. Session 1 is tentatively scheduled for January, while Session 2 is proposed for April, with registration for the latter expected to begin in February 2027.
