JEE Main 2026 Session 2 registrations have started. Learn how to fill out the form..
JEE Main 2026 Session 2 Registration: If you are aspiring to become an engineer and are preparing for the JEE Main exam, here's a major update for you. The National Testing Agency (NTA) has started the registration process for JEE Main 2026 Session 2 (April session). This is a great opportunity for students who could not participate in the first session in January or who want to improve their scores. The last date to apply is February 25, 2026.
When will the exam be held?
According to the official NTA calendar, the Session 2 exams will be conducted between April 2 and April 9, 2026. The exam will be completely online (CBT mode). Admit cards will be issued 3-4 days before the exam.
What are the rules for existing students?
If you have already filled out the form and paid the fees for the January session, you do not need to register again. You simply need to log in using your old application number and password. After logging in, you can select the following:
Medium of question paper
Exam city
Your academic details
Course (B.E./B.Tech or B.Arch/B.Planning)
Update on Session 1 Answer Key
NTA will release the answer key and response sheet for Session 1 on February 4th. Students will be able to download it from the official website jeemain.nta.nic.in.
Keep these points in mind:
Do not fill out more than one application form. If a student fills out forms with two different numbers, it will be considered 'Unfair Means' (UFM), and strict action may be taken against them.
Students who passed their 12th grade in 2024 or 2025 or who are appearing for their board exams in 2026 are eligible to apply. There is no age limit for this examination.
