JEE Main 2024: There is news for the candidates appearing in Paper 2 of JEE Main 2024 Session 2. A provisional answer key for JEE Mains 2024 Session 2 Paper 2 has been released by the National Testing Agency i.e. NTA. The answer key has been released on the official website. At the same time, the objection window has also been opened to raise objections against the answer key. Candidates who have to raise any objection against the answer key of Paper 2A (B. Arch), Paper 2B (B. Planning) and Paper 2A and 2B (Both B. Arch and B. Planning) can do so through the official website jeemain. This can be done through the objection window by visiting nta.ac.in.
What is the last date
The window to raise objections against JEE Main 2024 Session 2 Paper 2 Answer Key will remain active till May 1 i.e. today, at 11 pm. Candidates should raise objections before this.
How much is the fee
All those who wish to raise objections against the provisional answer key can do so by paying an application fee of Rs 200/- per question. The processing fee can be paid through Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking till 11.50 pm on 1st May. Admission of no candidate will be accepted without receipt of processing fee. Fees for the challenge will not be accepted through any other means.
How to raise objection in application
First of all go to the official website jeemain.nta.ac.in
After this click on 'Challenges related to Answer Key'
After this login with your application number, date of birth, security pin
Now click on 'Challenges regarding answer key'
Now you will see the question ID of the respective paper
Thereafter the ID next to the question under the 'Correct Option' column is for the most appropriate answer key by NTA
If you want to challenge this option, you have to click on the check box of your answer
After this upload supporting documents in PDF
After clicking on your desired option, save your claim and pay the fee.
