India-Japan Talent Bridge Internship: DU Invites Applications

Delhi University students have a great opportunity to intern with top Japanese companies, either in Japan or through online mode.

DU's Central Placement Cell, in collaboration with a special program of the Japanese government, is offering students the chance to intern with major Japanese companies. Delhi University and Japan's Major Initiative

Delhi University's Central Placement Cell (CPC), which operates under the Dean of Students’ Welfare, has partnered with the India–Japan Talent Bridge (IJTB). This program is supported by Japan's Ministry of Economy, Trade, and Industry (METI). Its aim is to connect young Indians with major Japanese companies and provide them with international work experience. Under this initiative, DU students can register on the Talendy Job Portal to find internship and job opportunities with Japanese companies.

When and for how long will the internship be?

This internship will be for two months, from May to July 2026. Selected students will get the opportunity to work with Japanese companies. Importantly, there is an option to work offline (in Japan) as well as the facility to work online.

Job Offer on Good Performance

The biggest highlight of this program is that students who perform well during the internship may receive a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO). This means they could get a full-time job with the same company after the internship.
