IIT Madras has launched this specialized program through its technology innovation hub, IITM Pravartak, funded by the Department of Science and Technology. This course has been developed in collaboration with the online learning platform Emeritus. It aims to provide professionals with practical knowledge in light of the increasing use of AI in the business world.

Who is this course for?
This program is specifically designed for executives, managers, consultants, and entrepreneurs working in areas such as strategy, operations, marketing, finance, human resources, consulting, and product management. Fortunately, programming or technical knowledge is not required to participate.

Emphasis on Practical Learning, Not Theory
This four-month course will be completely online and will focus on practical learning over theory. Participants will be taught how to use AI using no-code and low-code tools. The program includes over 20 projects and 25 business case studies to enable them to work on real problems while learning. At the program launch, guest faculty member Lakshminarayanan said that generative and agentic AI are rapidly changing the way businesses operate. Therefore, professionals must be prepared to lead in an AI-based economy.
