IIT JEE Coaching: Don't make this mistake before 10th, what is the right age to prepare for JEE?

IIT JEE Coaching: What is the right age for JEE coaching for admission to IIT? Every year lakhs of parents go through this question. Some people start sending their children to coaching from class 6 itself. This improves the performance of many children, while many become lethargic and depressed due to excessive pressure. Anand Kumar, founder of the well-known coaching Super 30, has given very good advice in this regard.
The coaching market is expanding across the country (Coaching Culture). Their attractive advertisements attract parents a lot. They start feeling that only by studying it, their child's life will improve. Some working parents also start sending their children to coaching from an early age due to their busy routine. But Anand Kumar, founder of Super 30 Coaching, is against such a culture. He believes that sending a child to JEE coaching from an early age can prove to be wrong.
Disadvantages of Coaching: Coaching reduces the ability to think
Anand Kumar said in an interview, that one should never put pressure on children to study. Most of the students go to coaching to prepare for IIT, where arbitrary fees are charged. The bigger thing is that the child who is going to coaching is not getting a chance to think for himself. Everyone is working like a machine. The amount of innovation that should be happening in the science and technology sector in our country is not happening right now.
Career Tips: How will the child learn?
In coaching, children are made to work at a faster speed than accuracy. They are asked to solve as many problems as possible. Due to this, they keep solving the same kind of problems and are unable to learn anything new. They are not taught how to solve the same problem in a new way how to create a new problem or how to find different answers to the same question. Instead of sending children to coaching so early, make them your friends.
Right Age for Coaching: Send coaching after 10th
According to Anand Kumar, a child should be sent for coaching only after passing 10th. Till then, he can study based on school and homework. If the pressure of coaching is put on him from classes 1, 2, or 6, he will start avoiding studies. News of children going into depression has become common. They are not able to survive in this culture. Children should always be motivated to move ahead. They should be made to understand that their value does not decrease due to low marks. Make it a habit to celebrate their small victories as well.
