IIT JAM Round 4 Result: The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi has declared the results of the fourth round of the Joint Admission Test for Masters (JAM 2025). This is the final admission list as the institute has made it clear that no spot round will be conducted. Candidates can download their allotment letter by visiting the official website jam2025.iitd.ac.in.

IIT JAM Counseling 2025 is conducted for those candidates who want to be admitted to postgraduate programs like MSc, MSc Tech, MS (Research), MSc, MSc Tech, MS Dual Degree, Joint MSc-PhD, MSc-PhD Dual Degree. This year's fourth admission list will be the final selection result, as the institute has clarified that there will be no spot round now. In such a situation, the candidates who have been allotted seats will have to complete the process on time.

Fee payment is mandatory by July 3
Those who have been allotted seats in this round will have to pay the seat booking fee by July 3, 2025. Till this date, candidates will also have the option to withdraw their candidature. No spot round will be conducted after this, so this is the last chance for the candidates.

Payment to be made as per category

Candidates who have been offered admission and have accepted the seats are required to deposit the seat booking fee. General, OBC-NCL and EWS category candidates will have to pay a fee of Rs 15,000 while SC, ST, and PWD category candidates will have to pay a fee of Rs 7,500. This amount will be transferred to the institute giving admission and will be adjusted with the institute fee later.

There will be no change in options.

During this period, the admission status of candidates who had opted for the 'Accept and Upgrade' option in the previous round will automatically change to 'Accept and Freeze'. Only the option of 'Withdraw' will be available for the remaining students. The institute has also clarified that there will be no further extension for the mentioned dates.

Through the IIT JAM exam conducted for the academic year 2025-26, admission is being offered to around 3,000 seats of postgraduate (PG) programs in 22 IIT institutes across the country. Students are selected through JAM in various programs like M.Sc, M.Sc-Tech, Joint M.Sc-PhD, etc.
