IIT JAM 2026 Response Sheet: An important update has been released for candidates taking the Joint Admission Test (JAM) 2026, the entrance exam for admission to postgraduate science courses at prestigious IITs and IISc. IIT Bombay, which conducts the exam, has made the candidates' response sheets available on the official website, jam2026.iitb.ac.in.

Through this response sheet, candidates can see which answer they chose for each question during the computer-based exam. This document will help estimate their potential scores and determine the direction of their future preparation.

Why is the response sheet important, and what's next?
IIT JAM, the Joint Admission Test for Master's, is conducted as a fully computer-based test (CBT). Once the response sheet is released, candidates can review their selected options and estimate their potential scores.

The next step is the release of the provisional answer key, which will be published by IIT Bombay soon. Once the answer key is available, students will be able to compare their answers with the official answers. If there is any disagreement with the answer to a question, they will be given the option to file an objection with the prescribed fee. This process is conducted to ensure transparency.
