The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay has extended the deadline for making corrections to the Joint Admission Test (JAMT) 2026 form for Master's degree programs. Candidates wishing to make corrections to their JAM 2026 exam can now do so within the extended deadline. According to the official notification, candidates can now make corrections to their forms until November 13, 2026. Previously, the deadline for making corrections was November 10, 2025.
Correction Fees
Candidates must also pay a correction fee for making corrections to their forms. Candidates wishing to make changes to their gender, category, date of birth, or exam center must pay a correction fee of ₹300 per change. Therefore, all candidates are advised to complete their corrections before the deadline to avoid last-minute hassles.

Following this step, click on the Application Correction link on the website's homepage.
After clicking on the link, make the necessary corrections and submit the correction fee.
Finally, after making the corrections, take a printout of the corrections.
Exam on this Day
The JAM 2026 exam will be conducted by IIT Bombay on February 15, 2026. The exam will be conducted in two shifts: the first shift will be from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm, and the second shift will be from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm. The exam will be conducted for a total of seven subjects. However, candidates are required to appear for two papers.
Moreover, this exam is being conducted to fill around 3000 postgraduate seats in 22 IITs.
