IIT Internship: The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bhubaneswar has announced the Winter Internship Program 2025. This program aims to provide students studying at educational institutions across the country with practical research experience under the guidance of IIT Bhubaneswar faculty members.

This internship will be for a period of 3 to 4 weeks during IIT Bhubaneswar's winter vacation.

Eligibility
Students pursuing any degree program at any recognized educational institution in India can apply. This internship will be offered in the following disciplines:

Basic Sciences
Earth, Ocean, and Climate Sciences
Electrical and Computer Sciences
Infrastructure
Mechanical Sciences
Humanities, Social Sciences, and Management
Minerals, Metallurgical, and Materials Engineering

Duration of Internship
This internship will be for a period of 3 to 4 weeks during the Institute's winter vacation. Students who complete the program will receive a certificate (recognition).

Application Process
Applications can only be made online on the official IIT Bhubaneswar website. Applications sent via email or offline will not be accepted. The deadline for applications is November 6, 2025.

Selection Process
All applications will first undergo preliminary screening by the relevant school or department. They will then be reviewed by a selection committee. The list of selected candidates will be notified by email and published on the Institute's website. No separate notification will be provided to rejected candidates.

Accommodation and Facilities
Selected interns will be provided with on-campus accommodation (subject to availability and fees).
