Electric Vehicle Technology: The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi has started a special online postgraduate diploma course in Electric Vehicle (EV) Technology. This course is designed for those who want to take part in India's mission of electric vehicles. The Government of India has set a target of making 30% of the vehicles electric by 2030. This course will be run through IIT Delhi's 'Center for Automotive Research and Tribology (CART)'. Let us know how to get admission to it.

This is a one-year course, which is especially for such engineers, researchers, businessmen, and working professionals who want to study along with their job. In this course, along with live online classes, you will also get a chance to go to the campus of IIT Delhi and do practicals.

What will be taught in the course?

Everything about electric vehicles will be taught in this course. Like how the battery is managed. What is the technology related to electricity inside the vehicle? How is the engine (powertrain) of the vehicle designed? How does the vehicle charging infrastructure work? What are the safety measures in vehicles? How is Artificial Intelligence (AI) used to detect faults in vehicles?
