Talking about the fees of B.Tech in IIT Bombay, for the general category, the fee charged at the time of admission (one-time fee) is Rs 10,000, while the fee per semester is around Rs 1 lakh, i.e. if we look at it in terms of four years, the total fee of B.Tech is around Rs 8 lakh. On the other hand, if we talk about hostel fees, this charge is Rs 8300 per semester. Apart from this, the electricity and water charge is Rs 4000 per semester, the hostel amenities fund is Rs 1900 and the hostel-mess security deposit (one time) is Rs 3000.
