IIT Bombay Begins UCEED-CEED 2027 Registration; Check the Last Date

IIT Bombay has commenced the registration process for UCEED and CEED 2027. The application process for both exams began on October 19, 2026. Important Dates for UCEED-CEED 2027
Registration for UCEED and CEED 2027 began on October 1. The deadline for applications without a late fee is October 31, while the deadline with a late fee is November 6. Subsequently, admit cards will be released on January 5. The exams will be conducted on January 17 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. The answer key will be released on January 21, and the deadline to raise objections against it is January 23. The final answer key will be released on January 30, 2027, and the exam results will be declared on March 5 and 6.
Who Can Apply for CEED 2027?
CEED 2027 is intended for candidates seeking admission to postgraduate design programs, such as M.Des. and PhD in Design. To apply, candidates must possess a graduate degree, diploma, or postgraduate degree program of at least three years’ duration (after Class 12). Candidates scheduled to appear for the final examinations of such programs by July 2027 are also eligible to apply. Additionally, candidates completing a five-year Government Diploma in Art (after Class 10) by July 2027 are eligible for CEED. There is no prescribed age limit for appearing in CEED 2027.
Opportunities for Design Studies via UCEED 2027
UCEED facilitates admission to four-year B.Des. programs. Admission options are available at IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, IIT Guwahati, IIT Hyderabad, IIT Indore, IIT Roorkee, and IIITDM Jabalpur. Eligibility for UCEED 2027 is restricted to candidates who appear for their Class 12 examinations for the first time in either 2026 or 2027. Students from Science, Commerce, and Arts/Humanities streams are eligible to take the exam. Candidates must meet the prescribed age criteria and may attempt UCEED a maximum of two times in consecutive years.

Next, they must generate login credentials by entering details such as their name, mobile number, and email address.
After logging in, candidates need to fill out the application form.
Subsequently, they must select an exam center and upload the required documents.
Finally, the application must be submitted after paying the requisite fee.
