Two institutions share the eighth spot: Shiv Nadar Deemed University in Dadri, Uttar Pradesh, and KIET Deemed University in Ghaziabad. Both institutions are gaining popularity among students due to their modern infrastructure and improving placement records.

IIIT Bengaluru holds the ninth position; situated in Karnataka—a major technology hub—it offers students excellent industry exposure. Finally, the Birla Institute of Technology Mesra (BIT Mesra) in Jharkhand secures the tenth spot, recognized for its long-standing history and high academic quality.
