IIMC Announces Vacancies for Non-Teaching Staff, Apply by January 12th

Details of Total Posts

A total of 51 positions will be filled under the IIMC Recruitment 2025.  The highest number of positions, 12, are for Upper Division Clerks.  In addition, there are 11 positions for Assistants, 6 for Stenographers, 5 for Assistant Registrars, 5 for Professional Assistants, and 5 for Junior Programmers.  Four positions will be filled for Section Officers.  One position each has been allocated for Library and Information Assistant, Assistant Editor, and Senior Research Assistant.

Eligibility

Candidates applying for IIMC Recruitment 2025 must possess a diploma, graduate, or postgraduate degree in the relevant subject from a recognized university.  Candidates should also have a diploma in computer applications. Age Limit

The age limit for different positions in IIMC Recruitment 2025 varies. For Library and Information Officer, Assistant Registrar, and Senior Research Assistant positions, the maximum age of the candidate should be 40 years. For the Assistant Editor position, the maximum age limit is 56 years.  For Section Officer, Assistant, Professional Assistant, and Junior Programmers positions, the maximum age is 35 years. Candidates applying for Upper Division Clerk and Stenographer positions should have a maximum age of 32 years.  Age relaxation will be provided to candidates belonging to reserved categories as per government rules. Candidates should also note that online applications will be accepted from December 31, 2025, to January 12, 2026. After filling out the online form, a hard copy of the application must reach the designated address by January 19, 2026. Applications received after the deadline will not be accepted.
