Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Raipur has announced the second batch of the Executive Leadership Development Program. For this program, the institute has partnered with the Academy of Digital Health Sciences. Applications for this program have started from 1 August 2024. In this, case studies will provide real-world vision, while live interactions will promote engagement with faculty and industry experts. To further enrich the learning experience, immersive workshops organized at IIM Raipur will provide practical training and practical demonstrations. Candidates will be evaluated based on quizzes and case studies.

Expressing his happiness about this program, Dr. Ram Kumar Kakani, Director, IIM Raipur said that this is a very happy day because both institutions have recognized small, micro, and medium hospitals (MSMH) as extremely important in the country's healthcare system. We have jointly developed this executive program to make senior management more skilled and make large-scale change possible.

Eligibility Criteria for Admission to IIM
Educational Qualification: The marks obtained by the candidates in classes 10th, 12th, and graduate studies will be analyzed.

Work Experience: The duration and field of work experience you have will be taken into consideration.

The profiles of the candidates who apply for this will be selected in the first phase. After this, they will be called for an interview. During the interview, a panel will evaluate your personality and ability. After this, admission will be given based on their performance.
