How to apply for IGNOU Online Courses

  • First, visit the official website ignouiop.samarth.edu.in.
  • On the homepage, click on the "New Registration" or "Apply Online" link.
  • Now register by entering your mobile number and email ID.
  • After registration, log in to the portal using your login ID and password.
  • Fill in your personal details, educational details, and APAAR ID in the application form.
  • Upload the required documents.
  • Pay the application fee online.
  • After submitting the form, save a printout or PDF copy.

IGNOU Online Course Admission Registration Form

APAAR ID is mandatory

A major change has been made in the IGNOU application process this time. Having an APAAR ID is now mandatory for admission. Candidates who do not have an APAAR ID will not be able to fill out the application form. Candidates will have to enter their APAAR ID information while filling out the form.

In the online mode, the entire study is conducted through a digital platform, while in the ODL (Open and Distance Learning) mode, study materials and examination centers are provided.
