**Keep Essential Documents Ready Before Applying**
The university has stated that candidates should keep their APAAR ID ready before initiating the application process. Furthermore, students whose admission is confirmed will be eligible to apply for Government of India scholarship schemes through the National Scholarship Portal (scholarships.gov.in).
**Rules Regarding Fee Refunds Also Released**
IGNOU has also clarified the rules about fee refunds. According to the university, if a student withdraws their application before admission is confirmed, the deposited fee will be refunded. However, if a cancellation request is submitted after the admission has been confirmed, 15 percent of the program fee will be deducted. This deduction will be capped at a maximum of ₹2,000.
**Soft Copies of These Documents Are Required**
Before filling out the online application form, students must keep soft copies of certain essential documents ready. These include a colored passport-sized photograph with a white background, a signature, educational certificates, experience certificates (if applicable), and reserved category certificates.
