To fill out the application form, candidates must keep scanned copies of the following documents ready: a passport-sized photograph, signature, educational certificates, category certificate, and experience certificate. All documents must be uploaded in the specific size and format prescribed by the university.
**Rules Regarding Fee Refunds**
According to IGNOU, the registration fee is non-refundable. However, a fee refund may be processed prior to the confirmation of admission. If an applicant chooses to cancel their admission after it has been confirmed, the remaining amount will be refunded after deducting a prescribed administrative fee. Furthermore, no fee refund of any kind will be granted 60 days after the final date of admission.
