IGNOU Admission 2024: The School of Agriculture of Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has launched a new course. Which is named the Diploma in Agricultural Cost Management (DACM). This course has been started in collaboration with the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICAI). This course includes farm accounting and costing, Agri supply chain management, judicious use of land, water management, and other agriculture-related activities. The program aims to train students for various activities including effectively managing farm costs, increasing agricultural productivity, taking strategic decisions related to various aspects of crop cultivation, livestock rearing, financial planning, resource allocation, marketing, and risk mitigation.
DACM course is one year
IGNOU's new course Diploma in Agricultural Cost Management (DACM) is one year. It will be conducted in English medium. Specialization will be done in agricultural cost management in the course.
Eligibility and fees for the course
For admission in IGNOU's course Diploma in Agricultural Cost Management (DACM), one must have passed 12th. The fee for this course is Rs 6200 + registration fee and development fee. This distance mode course will be conducted under the School of Agriculture. The coordinator of the program is Professor Praveen Kumar Jain.
