ICSI CS December 2025 Registration: The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has started the registration process for CS Executive and Professional December Session 2025. After the release of the June session result on August 25, now eligible candidates can apply to appear in the December exam.

Till when will you be able to apply?
Candidates can apply without a late fee till 25 September 2025. At the same time, with a late fee of Rs 250, there will be a chance to register till 10 October 2025.
The results of the June exam have been declared
The result of the ICSI CS Executive and Professional June 2025 exam has been declared on 25 August. Candidates can download their e-marksheet online. If the marksheet is not received on time, candidates can contact exom@icsi.edu.
Exam Fee
The fee for the executive program is Rs 1500 per group, while for the professional program it is Rs 1800 per group. A one-time late fee of Rs 250 will be charged in case of delay in submitting the examination form. If a candidate wants to change the examination center, group, medium, or optional subject, he will have to pay a service fee of Rs 250. Similarly, a service fee of Rs 250 is also fixed for adding a group. If the option of above normal examination is chosen to take the exam from a foreign center (Dubai), then a surcharge of US $ 100 will have to be paid in Indian rupees.

Important Guidelines for Candidates
To be eligible for the exam, candidates must complete the online pre-exam test for both Executive and Professional programmes. For the Executive Programme, students registered before February 2025 must also complete a One-Day Orientation Programme (ODOP), while students registered after February 2025 must complete only the pre-exam test.
