ICSE-ISC Result 2026: The Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) declared the results for the ICSE (Class 10) and ISC (Class 12) examinations on April 30, 2026. Once again, the students' performance has been truly outstanding. The Board has not only released the results but has also provided students with several opportunities to improve their scores, such as rechecking, re-evaluation, and improvement examinations.

**Pass Percentage and Performance**
This year, the pass percentage for ICSE (Class 10) stands at 99.18%, while the pass percentage for ISC (Class 12) is 99.13%. This signifies that nearly all students have been successful. These statistics demonstrate that students have once again worked diligently and delivered an excellent performance.

**How to Apply for Rechecking?**
For students who are not satisfied with their results, the option of rechecking has been made available. The application process for this will remain open from May 1 to May 4, 2026. Students can apply by visiting the 'Public Services' section on the official CISCE website and logging in using their registered email ID and password. New users also have the option to register first.

**Rechecking Fees and Results**

For rechecking, students are required to pay a fee of ₹1,000 per subject. This fee is applicable equally for both ICSE and ISC examinations. Following the application process, the rechecking results for all students will be released simultaneously and can be accessed on the website as well as on the CAREERS portal.
**The Next Stage: Re-evaluation**

If students remain unsatisfied even after the rechecking process, they may apply for re-evaluation. This process will commence one day after the rechecking results are published and will be applicable only to those specific subjects for which a rechecking application was previously submitted. The application window for re-evaluation will remain open for a period of three days. **Re-evaluation Fees and Timeline**
A non-refundable fee of ₹1,500 per subject is required for re-evaluation. The results for this process will be released on the official website within approximately three weeks.

**A Major Opportunity for Improvement Exams**
This year, the Board has introduced a significant change regarding improvement exams. Students can now appear for improvement exams in a maximum of three subjects within a single academic year, whereas the limit was previously restricted to just two subjects. This presents an excellent opportunity for students to boost their scores.

**Complete Timeline for Improvement Exams**
Registration for the improvement exams will take place from May 8 to May 14, 2026. Subsequently, the examinations are scheduled to commence on June 15. The results are expected to be released during the last week of July, thereby enabling students to plan their future academic pursuits promptly.
