IBPS PO SO 2024: Applications for 5351 Probationary and Specialist Officers Entrance Exam in National Banks start, check details

There is important news for those who want to get a government job in national banks and are preparing for the IBPS PO/SO Recruitment Exam. The application process for the recruitment examination for Probationary Officer (PO)/Management Trainee (MT) and Specialist Officer (SO) posts by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has started today, Thursday, August 1. These exams, known as CRP PO/MT XIV and CRP SPL-XIV, are being conducted to fill thousands of vacancies in national public sector banks in India.

IBPS has released notifications for a total of 5,351 vacancies for these posts. This year, 4,455 posts will be filled in the CRP PO/MT XIV exam and 896 posts in the CRP SPL-XIV exam. The banks participating in these exams include:

How to Register for IBPS PO/SO Exam 2024:

Candidates can register for the IBPS PO/SO exam by visiting the official IBPS website ibps.in or using the direct application link provided. The last date to register is August 21.

Eligibility Criteria:

For the IBPS PO/MT exam, candidates must have a graduate degree in any discipline.

For the IBPS SO exam, candidates must have a graduation or post-graduation degree in the relevant subject/stream depending upon the specific vacancies.

The age limit for both exams is between 20 to 30 years as of 1st August 2014. Age relaxation is provided as per government rules for reserved categories.
