What is the exam pattern?

The computer based exam will be conducted in three shifts.

The SSC MTS Paper 1 exam will consist of two sessions.

In session-1, 40 multiple choice questions of numerical and mathematical ability and reasoning ability problem solving will be asked. The total marks in this exam will be 120.

At the same time, 50 questions of general awareness and English language will be asked in session-2. The total marks in this will be 150.

45-45 minutes (90 minutes) will be given for both the sessions.

It has been instructed to reach the center one hour before the start of the exam.

Keep in mind that the candidates must carry two passport size photos and one ID proof along with the admit card to the exam center. Entry will not be allowed in the exam hotel without admit card.
