UP Board Class 9 & 11 Registration (2026): The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UP Board) has released the schedule for the advance registration of Class 9 and 11 students for the 2026-27 academic session. Additionally, registration data for Class 11 students appearing for the 2027 Agriculture (Part-1) examination will be uploaded to the official UPMSP website, upmsp.edu.in.
UP Board Secretary Bhagwati Singh has clarified that no negligence regarding data uploading will be tolerated this time. Essential details such as names, parents' names, and dates of birth must be entered with absolute accuracy. The UP Board has established deadlines for everything from the final date of admission to fee submission and form corrections. Find out which dates in this UP Board schedule are most important for you.

**Admissions until August 5; some relief for compartment students**
The deadline for admitting new students to Classes 9 and 11 in UP Board-recognized schools has been set for August 5, 2026. Meanwhile, the Board has provided some relief to students who passed the UP Board Class 10 (High School) exam following a compartment exam or scrutiny process; such candidates will be able to secure admission to Class 11 until August 20, 2026.

**Deadline for fee and detail submission: August 25**
Once the admission process is complete, the school principal must deposit the advance registration fees for the Class 9 and 11 students. This fee is set at ₹40 per student and must be deposited in a lump sum into the treasury via a challan. The deadline for depositing the challan and uploading students' academic details online to the Board's website is midnight (12:00 AM) on August 25, 2026.

Checklist Verification Begins August 26
Following the online data upload, the period from August 26 to September 5, 2026, has been designated for verification. During this time, school principals will download the student detail checklist from the website. They must cross-verify details—such as the student's name, parents' names, date of birth, gender, subjects, and photograph—against school records. Please note that any new updates or changes to the data on the website are strictly prohibited during this 11-day window.

Correction Window: September 6–20 (No New Entries Allowed)
If any errors are discovered during verification, a window for corrections will be open from September 6 until midnight on September 20, 2026. Principals may revise and update the data on the website during this period. The Board has clarified that no new student details may be uploaded; only corrections to existing forms will be accepted. The list of registered candidates (including photographs) and a copy of the bill must be submitted to the DIOS office by September 30, 2026.

Class Teachers and Principals Held Accountable for Errors
UP Board Secretary Bhagwati Singh has issued strict directives stating that student details on certificates and marksheets must be absolutely accurate. Class teachers and principals must verify data against original school records before uploading it to upmsp.edu.in. Should any errors or discrepancies in a student's details come to light in the future, the concerned class teacher and principal will be held directly responsible.
