Gavari said in a circular that the Director of School Education has approved the proposal to wear overcoats for girls from class 6 to 12 in government schools.

Deputy Director C Gavari said in the circular that all school inspection officers have been asked to send the design of overcoats for girl students to the heads of the institutions under them and instruct the girl students studying from class 6 to 12 to wear overcoats as per the design.
