BHEL (Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited)

This engineering giant offers excellent salary packages right from the start. During the training period, employees receive a monthly salary of approximately ₹50,000. However, when dearness allowance and other perks are included, the in-hand monthly package rises to around ₹76,000. GAIL (Gas Authority of India Limited)

This 'Maharatna' company in the energy and gas sector takes excellent care of its employees. During the training period, a monthly basic pay of ₹60,000 is provided. After including all allowances, the initial total monthly salary comes to around ₹91,000. Upon completion of training, the pay scale shifts to the ₹60,000–₹1,80,000 bracket.

DRDO (Defence Research and Development Organisation)

Working at DRDO, which develops state-of-the-art technology for national security, is a dream for many young people. Direct recruitment takes place here for the post of Scientist 'B'. This role offers an initial basic pay of ₹56,100 under Level-10. Including allowances, HRA, and the professional update allowance, the total gross salary starts between ₹68,000 and ₹85,000 per month.

SAIL (Steel Authority of India Limited)
