GATE 2026: New website of GATE exam launched, application from 25th August, see paper pattern..

GATE 2026: Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE 2026) for the year 2026 will be organized by IIT Guwahati for post-graduation in engineering. IIT Guwahati has launched a new website gate2026.iitg.ac.in for this. On which information about the exam pattern and syllabus has been uploaded? The GATE exam is organized jointly by IISc and IIT on behalf of the Ministry of Education.

The application process for the GATE exam 2025 will start from 25 August 2025 and will run till 25 September. The exam will be held on 7, 8, 14, and 15 February 2026.

GATE 2026: Application fee for the GATE exam
The application fee for each test paper for female / SC / ST / Divyang candidates is Rs 1000. Between 26 September and 6 October, the application fee will be Rs 1500. All other candidates (including foreigners) will have to pay a fee of Rs 2000 for each test paper. However, a fee of Rs 2500 will have to be deposited between September 26 and October 6.
