GATE 2025 Toppers List: The Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee (IIT Roorkee) has released the list of toppers along with the GATE 2025 result. Along with the subject-wise toppers list in GATE 2025, the institute has released the branch-wise merit list along with raw marks and GATE score on the official website gate2025.iitr.ac.in. In the results declared on March 19, 28 candidates achieved a perfect GATE score of 1000. The name at the top of the GATE 2025 topper list is Rajneesh Bijarnia. Rajneesh Bijarnia scored 95.33 marks in Mechanical Engineering, with which his score was 967. Anant Prakash Pandey scored a perfect score of 1000 in Engineering Sciences at number two. In third place, Kailash Goyal has got a 993 GATE score in Instrumentation Engineering. Candidates who have appeared in the GATE 2025 exam can download their GATE 2025 scorecard from the official website from March 28 to May 31.

GATE i.e. Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2025 was conducted in two shifts on February 1, 2, 15, and 16. This national-level exam is conducted to test the understanding of the candidates in undergraduate subjects like engineering, technology, architecture, science, commerce, arts and humanities. This year the exam was conducted for 30 subjects, in which lakhs of students participated.
The GATE 2025 scorecard is valid for three years. However, the validity varies for recruitment in Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs). Most PSUs accept only the current year GATE scores, while some may accept previous year scores as well.
