GATE 2025 Admit Card Release Today: The admit card for the GATE exam has been released. Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee (IIT Roorkee) has released the GATE 2025 admit card today, January 7. Candidates who have applied for the GATE 2025 exam can download the admit card by visiting the official website gate2025.iitr.ac.in. To download the GATE Admit Card 2025, candidates have to enter their login credentials-enrollment ID and password. Let us tell you that earlier the GATE 2025 admit card was to be released on January 2, but due to some reasons, it was not released, the information of which was released on the GATE 2025 official website.
GATE i.e. Graduate Aptitude Test is an entrance exam conducted for admission to postgraduate programs in engineering, architecture, and science. The exam is conducted by the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) and seven Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs). This exam is jointly conducted by the National Coordination Board (NCB), Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Education (MoE), Government of India. This year the exam is being conducted by IIT Roorkee. The gate 2025 exam is to be conducted on 1, 2, 15, and 16 February 2025.

First of all, candidates go to the official website of Gate 2025 gate2024.iisc.ac.in.
Click on the Gate Admit Card tab on the homepage.
After this, the candidates enter their login credentials.
As soon as you do this, Gate Admit Card 2025 will be displayed on the screen.
Now download the admit card and take a printout of it.
Exam for 30 papers
GATE 2025 exam will be conducted in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode. City centers will be divided into eight zones. There will be 30 exam papers in GATE 2025. The duration of the exam will be three hours. This year the result of the GATE exam will be declared on 19 March 2025. The GATE 2025 score will be valid for three years from the date of the result declaration.
Questions will be in three formats.
The GATE exam will have questions in three formats - Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ), Multiple Select Questions (MSQ), and Numerical Answer Type (NAT) questions. Candidates will be evaluated based on recall, comprehension, application, analysis, and synthesis. There will also be negative markings in GATE. 1/3 marks will be deducted for the wrong answer in 1 mark MCQ. At the same time, 2/3 marks will be deducted for the wrong answer in the 2-mark MCQ.
