FIITJEE Fee Refund: Coaching institute FIITJEE has announced a proportionate fee refund to affected parents following the disruption in offline classes. The institute expressed regret over the incident and stated that it is committed to providing refunds to affected families. An email address has also been issued through which parents of affected students can communicate regarding refund-related issues. It also stated that the circumstances were extraordinary and beyond the institute's control.

Refund Process May Begin June 2026
According to the institute, students who did not receive refunds in the first phase will receive a proportionate fee refund later. The process of refunding fees to affected parents will begin by the end of June 2026. The corporate office in Delhi will be solely responsible for the refunds. Local centers or their officials will have no role in this.

The institute clarified that if parents do not receive accurate information regarding their refund amount by June 15, 2026, they can email refunds@fiitjee.com from June 16, 2026.

Claim to Continue Online Classes
Due to circumstances that arose in 2025, offline classes could not resume at some centers. The institute attributed this situation to a "hostile environment created by a pre-planned conspiracy." The letter also stated that some people spread the word that the center had been sold to another institution, leading to confusion.

The letter stated that despite the disruption of offline classes, online classes were immediately arranged to continue studies. The institute claims that a large number of students continued their studies online and benefited from it.

Plan to Expand Through a Franchise Model
The institute, while announcing its restructuring, stated that in the future, the centers will be operated in partnership with entrepreneurs. Under this plan, there are plans to operate new centers, world schools, and junior colleges through the FIITJEE Universe Franchise Network.

Parents are also offered the opportunity to refer people for franchise opportunities. In return, an incentive of 25 percent of the selected applicant's setup fee and 1 percent of other fixed fees is promised.

What was the matter?
After classes were suddenly disrupted at some centers in 2025, many parents expressed concern. The issue was debated on social media and various forums. Many parents raised questions about fee refunds and educational losses. The matter became a topic of national discussion.

However, the institute described it as an extraordinary circumstance and stated that the situation arose unintentionally and was not intended to harm anyone.

The Institute's Stand
FIITJEE has stated that what happened was unintentional and was not intended to harm anyone. The institute has vowed to rebuild with the values of truth, transparency, and commitment. Citing its long academic record and performance in various engineering entrance examinations, the institute said its focus now is on structured revival and long-term institutional strengthening.
