Delhi University: About 140 students of Delhi University will get a chance to work in various offices of DU during the summer vacation. These students have been selected under the DU VC Summer Internship Scheme. These students will be paid Rs 11,025 per month as a stipend for working in June-July. During this time they will have to work 20 hours per week.

DU had sought applications from students for the VC Summer Internship Scheme 2025 in April. Except for the students of the final year and the final semester of UG-PG, about 5151 students of other semesters applied under this scheme. Joint Dean of Student Welfare at DU Prof. Hena Singh said that after the application process concluded in May, about 2200 students were shortlisted from the selected students.

Out of all these students, about 140 students have been selected on the basis of group discussion. Now these students will work in the administrative offices of DU (Vice Chancellor's Office, DU Foundation, Department of Mathematics, Buddhist Department, Library) in June-July.

VC Summer Internship and Part-Time Internship were started in 2022 under DU Central Placement Cell. This year the stipend given for internship has also been increased. Till last year, Rs 10,500 was given per month as a stipend.
