Rajendra Pratap, Secretary of the Examination Regulatory Authority, stated that 1,57,196 trainee teachers had registered for the D.El.Ed exams across various sessions. Of these, 1,55,984 candidates appeared for the exam, while 1,212 trainee teachers remained absent. Failed Candidates to Get Only Two Chances

The Examination Regulatory Authority has released important information for candidates who did not pass the exam. According to Secretary Rajendra Pratap, student-teachers who were unsuccessful in this examination will be allowed to retake it; however, this chance will be limited to only two attempts. If a candidate fails to pass the exam within these two attempts, they will be barred from appearing for it in the future.
