The online application process for admission to undergraduate courses for the academic session 2026-27 at the Central University of South Bihar (CUSB), located in Gaya district, Bihar, is currently underway. Admissions at CUSB are based on the CUET (Common University Entrance Test) examination conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA). According to the information bulletin released by the National Testing Agency (NTA), the online application process for CUET (UG) 2026 will continue until January 30th.

Successful payment of the application fee can be made until January 31st. A correction window for making changes to the application form will be open from February 2nd to 4th. The CUET (UG) 2026 examination is tentatively scheduled to be held between May 11th and May 31st, 2026. The examination will be conducted in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode. The exam will be conducted in 13 Indian languages.

Application and Examination Details
Each subject will have 50 multiple-choice questions (MCQs), with 60 minutes allotted to complete them. 5 marks will be awarded for each correct answer, while there will be a negative marking of one mark for each incorrect answer. There is no age limit for appearing in CUET (UG) 2026. All candidates who have passed Class 12 or are appearing for the Class 12 examination in 2026 are eligible.

Students who wish to enroll in this Central University of Bihar but have not yet applied should do so by January 30th. It is worth noting that approximately 984 students are expected to be admitted to 26 undergraduate courses at CUSB. Three new courses are also being introduced at CUSB this year. The university will offer admissions to 132 seats in the five-year integrated BA LLB (Hons) program, 66 seats in BBA LLB, 120 seats in the four-year BSc Agriculture program, 63 seats each in the four-year integrated BA BEd and BSc BEd programs, and 60 seats in the D. Pharma (Diploma in Pharmacy) program.

In the five-year integrated UG-PG courses already running at CUSB, admissions are offered to 24 seats each in subjects including Life Sciences, Computer Science, Geology, Journalism and Mass Communication, Geography, Statistics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Psychology, Political Science and International Relations, History, Sociology, Physics, English, Economics, Commerce, and Hindi.
