Understanding the marking scheme
CUET UG 2026 was a computer-based MCQ (Multiple Choice Question) examination. Five marks are awarded for each correct answer, while one mark is deducted for each incorrect answer. No marks are awarded for unattempted questions. If an error is found in a question and it is subsequently dropped, eligible candidates may be granted the benefit according to the prescribed rules.
**CUET UG Conducted from May 11 to June 7**
The CUET UG was originally scheduled to be held between May 11 and May 31.
