A big update has come out for the candidates appearing for the Common University Entrance Test (CUET UG 2025). The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the provisional answer key of CUET UG 2025 on the official website cuet.nta.nic.in. Now candidates can download their answer key, response sheet, and question paper.
The CUET UG 2025 exam was conducted in Computer Based Mode (CBT) between 13 May to 4 June 2025. The exam was conducted in 37 subjects, including 13 languages, 23 domain subjects, and 1 general aptitude test.
Last date to file objection: 20 June till 11 pm
NTA has activated the Answer Key Challenge Window along with CUET Answer Key 2025. If the candidates want to register an objection regarding any answer, then they have the opportunity till 11 pm on 20 June 2025. A processing fee of ₹ 200 will have to be paid to register an objection on each question, which is non-refundable.
How to download CUET UG 2025 answer key
First of all, go to the cuet.nta.nic.in website.
Click on the link 'Answer Key Challenge for CUET (UG) 2025'.
Now enter your CUET application number and password to log in.
Click on the "Click to View/Challenge Answer Key" tab.
Select your subject from the dropdown list.
The answer key of the selected subject will appear on the screen, from where you can view and download it.
Why is it important to check the answer key?
The provisional answer key is necessary so that students can check whether the answers given to them are correct or not. If there is a mistake in any answer, then the marks can be saved by challenging it. This answer key ultimately plays an important role in deciding the final result.
What will happen next?
The NTA will examine the objections raised by the candidates and then release the Final Answer Key. Only after this the final result of CUET UG 2025 will be declared.
