Why was the CUET UG exam postponed in Delhi?
According to media reports, there are many reasons behind postponing the examination of May 15 in Delhi. The number of students appearing for the CUET UG exam in Delhi is 1 lakh 46 thousand. This number is double that of NEET UG candidates.
According to reports, the biggest reason behind postponing the first day of the CUET UG exam was a lack of manpower. Last Monday, the fourth phase of voting for the Lok Sabha elections was held in the country. In which a large number of supervisors were on duty. Due to this, there was a shortage of examination invigilators for the examination on May 15. Apart from this, elections are also on 25th May, hence it is difficult to find centers in many places.
A revised admit card will be issued
NTA released the admit card for the examination on 15, 16, 17, and 18 May. But the exam of 15th May in Delhi will now be held on 29th May. In such a situation, new admit cards will be issued to these candidates.
